Life coaching can be used for most realistic goals. You may have a problem that you need to overcome or do you have a challenge that you want to achieve?

What To Expect

You need to be available for at least three sessions and we will meet once a week or fortnightly; this way, we don't lose momentum and eat into your busy life.  

They are 1:1 and will kickstart you into serious action.

Session 1: What's happening in your life?

We will start your transformational journey in this safe, non-judgemental space. You can let it all out. I really want to understand, so we won't rush.

Session 2: What do you want instead?

What specifically do you want to achieve? We need to be crystal clear so that we don't go off piste.

Session 3: How can you help yourself?

We will consider the different ways that you could help yourself. We will also reflect on 'tools' that may help you to achieve your goal and start taking action.

After these three sessions, some people feel that they have gained enough clarity and confidence to continue their journey on their own.

Session 4: How can others support you?

Who could help you with this goal? Sometimes we need to seek help from friends, family or professionals.

Session 5: How can you overcome obstacles to make sure that you succeed?

There are inner and outer obstacles that try to sabotage our efforts. We will find solutions to deal with these obstacles.

Session 6: How can you stay motivated?

In this last session we will find ways to keep you motivated and to stay on track. We will celebrate your progress and identify the next step actions for the immediate future.

What is life coaching, and how can it help me?

Coaching offers guidance and support to gain clarity, confidence and empowerment as you take steps towards your goal.

How does the 1:1 process work?

My coaching involves six structured sessions designed to give you a framework in which we can kickstart your journey. As we go through the process however, you may find that your individual needs are better supported in a different way. This is the beauty of 1:1 and we can be flexible. You can also pay for more sessions as they are required.

Are coaching sessions confidential?

Absolutely! All sessions are private and confidential, providing a safe space for you to share your feelings, thoughts and ideas.

What qualifications do you have?

I am a qualified Inner Life Skills Coach’ and teacher. I have a B.A (Hons) and PGCE.  You can find out more about me here.

Where do your sessions take place?

I offer face-to-face, video or telephone sessions to suit your needs.

How much are your coaching sessions?

A block of 3 sessions are priced at £50 per hour. A total of £150

Individual sessions are offered after you have completed sessions 1-3 at £60 per hour.
